This is how the Dürer Park project is progressing: PERI scaffolding and formwork assist in the construction of the office building
The high-ceilinged floors of the "A" expansion joint of the office building in the Dürer Park project are being constructed using a combination of MULTIFLEX timber formwork and PERI UP FLEX load-bearing scaffolding system.
A next-generation building complex in a green environment: Within the framework of the Dürer Park project, the 3.7-hectare area adjacent to Ajtósi Dürer sor is undergoing a complete transformation. Recently, we presented the approved visual plans, and now we report on the structural construction processes taking place at the construction site.
The area was acquired by Dürer Investment Ltd. in 2018, with Property Market Ltd. as the development partner, developing three residential buildings and two office buildings. Construction is already underway, and the entire project is expected to be completed by 2024.
The structural construction of the Dürer Park office building is being carried out by Moratus Ltd. The floors of the "A" expansion joint, with a height of 5.7 meters and a surface area of 2,300 square meters per level, are being constructed with MULTIFLEX timber formwork, supported by the PERI UP FLEX load-bearing scaffolding system.

A next-generation building complex in a green environment: The Dürer Park project completely revitalizes the 3.7-hectare area adjacent to Ajtósi Dürer sor. Recently, we presented the approved visual plans, and now we report on the structural construction processes taking place at the construction site.

The structural construction of the Dürer Park office building is carried out by Moratus Ltd. The "A" expansion joint features floors with a height of 5.7 meters and a surface area of 2,300 square meters per level, constructed with MULTIFLEX timber formwork, supported by the PERI UP FLEX load-bearing scaffolding system.
The versatile PERI UP FLEX scaffolding system offers the advantage that the distance between the vertical posts can be optimally adjusted in 25-centimeter or 50-centimeter intervals to accommodate the layout of the floors, depending on the load.
It is capable of carrying heavy loads from heights of up to 22 meters, as it can be used not only as a standalone tower but also for bearing concentrated loads by connecting multiple vertical posts.
Furthermore, the components can be assembled in a disc-like manner, flexibly adapting to the requirements.
The MULTIPROP support system ensures that the formwork for the shading console on the lowest level can bear the loads of the floors above.
During the construction of the building, a challenge arises with the execution of shading consoles surrounding the facade because the consoles cannot bear any load after formwork removal.
Therefore, at the request of the contractor, the shading consoles on the lower four levels - including those above the ceiling consoles on the 3rd floor - cannot be removed after concreting, thus requiring each console formwork to bear the loads of the floors above.
To solve this, the formwork for the lower shading consoles was combined with the high load-bearing MULTIPROP support system by PERI engineers, while the PERI UP FLEX scaffolding was designed for the upper three levels.
The advantage of the interconnected MULTIPROP supports with frames lies in their high load-bearing capacity and their flexibility in adjusting height within wide limits, making it an ideal system for bearing the combined construction loads of the four shading consoles.
