Dürer Park is located in the villa district of Zugló, where the architectural style of the monarchy dominates the surrounding streets, continuing this elegance with its clean, modern exterior and interior design, meeting today's expectations with the complex designed by KÖZTI. The 3.7-hectare area combines a park with ancient trees and a modern garden, helping residents recharge. Within Arm's Reach of City Park – Reimagined Villa District 

Dürer Park's 207 apartments are directly connected to the rejuvenated City Park. A pedestrian walkway leads from the residential properties through the modernized Ajtósi Dürer row to the eastern gate of the park as part of the project. The entire project won the "Concept of the Year" award at the Portfolio Property Awards in 2020.

Each of Dürer Park’s three buildings features its own private fitness center. Residents can enjoy complimentary access to their building’s Dürer Gym in accordance with the house rules.
