All three residential buildings at Dürer Park have reached the stage of structural completion
Property Market Zrt. is responsible for real estate development, while Market Építő Zrt. is in charge of construction. The project is proceeding according to schedule, and with this milestone, it has entered another impressive phase of implementation.
The achievement of the structural completion was marked by a traditional topping‑out ceremony, during which the ribbon‑adorned wreath was placed at the highest point of one of the buildings, symbolizing the progress of construction and the results accomplished so far.
The three buildings reached the structural completion stage in a coordinated schedule, with a time difference of nearly one month between them. Construction will continue in the coming period with facade work, interior finishing, and the installation of building services and technical systems.
The structural work involved a significant amount of construction: during the foundation work, nearly 12 kilometers of piling were installed using 917 piles, while the monolithic structural work required more than 21,000 cubic meters of concrete and 3,181 tons of reinforcing steel. One of the defining architectural features of the Dürer Park residential buildings is the cantilevered balcony system that wraps around every floor, the construction of which required the installation of nearly 3,600 running meters of thermal bridge breakers.
The total floor area of the apartments exceeds 25,000 square meters, while the net usable floor area of the buildings is more than 33,500 square meters. To date, a total of 1,410 professionals have worked on the construction project for more than 403,765 hours, which clearly illustrates the scale of the project and the coordinated efforts of the various disciplines.
The residential buildings at Dürer Park are a key component of the district’s comprehensive redevelopment. As part of the project, community spaces and green areas will play a prominent role alongside the residential buildings: an internal park spanning nearly 11,000 square meters, preserved and replanted vegetation, and green roofs will be created.
The development will also incorporate geothermal heating and cooling systems, energy-efficient technical solutions, and smart home systems, all of which support modern and sustainable operation.
The project is proceeding according to plan, and occupancy is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2027.
