For details on the registration requirements, process, the exact amount of the price advantage, and the method of claiming it, please contact the Dürer Park Sales Office, where our colleagues act on behalf of Dürer Park.
The price advantage is valid from 24 March 2026 to 30 April 2026.
If, during this period, the buyer purchases an apartment, a storage unit, and at least one parking space in the underground garage, a total of HUF 9,000,000 + VAT (nine million forints plus VAT) will be deducted from the combined purchase price of the three items.
